About Cinnaminson, NJ

Cinnaminson Township is a township located in Burlington County, New Jersey. It is an eastern suburb of Philadelphia and is bounded by the Delaware River. By an act of the New Jersey legislature on March 15, 1860, Cinnaminson was incorporated as a township. Its territorial lands were taken from portions of the Chester Township (now known as Maple Shade Township). Later on, portions of Cinnaminson were subsequently taken to form Delran Township (1880), Riverton (1893), and Palmyra (1894). Local residents believe that the name “Cinnaminson” was taken from the Lenape Native American word “Senamensing,” which means “sweet water”.

The township borders Philadelphia across the Delaware River in Pennsylvania. It is also bordered by the municipalities of Delran Township, Riverton, Palmyra, and Moorestown Township in Burlington County. In Camden County, it is bordered by Pennsauken Township.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) About Criminal Defense In Cinnaminson, NJ

What if the police did not read my Miranda rights?

If the cops did not read your Miranda rights, it could signify that certain evidence is withheld from your criminal case. However, it could also mean nothing. Suppression of evidence does not happen automatically. This is the reason why it is so important to have an aggressive and experienced attorney by your side. If you have any questions regarding pending criminal charges against you or a family member, I’m here to help. Contact me today for a confidential and free consultation.

How much does it cost to hire a criminal defense lawyer?

There’s no set answer. How much your defense attorney will charge depends not only on who you hire to defend you but the nature of the charges against you. For instance, you can expect to pay less for the defense of a traffic ticket as opposed to a capital crime with a potential life sentence. One thing you should know is that the initial consultation with my office is free. So you don’t have to spend a penny to have an experienced, knowledgeable, and compassionate New Jersey criminal defense lawyer help you decide what your next move should be. Call me today.
